Daily Kor for April 19, 2010

    • Foreign Minister says South Korea could take sinking to UN Security Council if North Korea is found to be responsible (Korea Times, Joongang Daily)

  3. Workers and management at Kumho Tires reach agreement on working conditions, removing major hurdle for resumption of stalled debt-restructuring program (Yonhap)
  4. South Korean self-sufficiency in raw materials reaches 25 percent in 2009 (Yonhap, Korea Herald)
  5. South Korea's YE Yang wins China Open (BBC, Bloomberg, AP via USA Today)
  6. In private talks on sidelines of Washington nuclear summit, Japanese Prime Minister Hatoyama admits to ROK President Lee that Japan wants Tokto Islets because they resemble perky breasts (Asahi Shimbun)
